Our website and app
The quickest and easiest way to manage your tenancy account with us, is to do it online through Your Account.
Your Account allows you to view your balance, recent transactions, request and manage your repairs and make changes to your tenancy.
Signing up for your account is easy, simply click here to register. Once you are registered, you can access your account any time from any device with internet connection.
You can also download the Together Housing app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Our Customer Contact Centre is available during office hours to take your call and answer any of your questions, they can be contacted by calling 0300 555 5560, or by dropping us a message here.
Out of hours, we operate an emergency helpline, which allows you to report urgent repairs.
If you would rather type your message to our customer services team, you can use our Live Chat option during our opening times. This enables you to save a copy of the conversation for your records and upload any images or documents which would help with your query. If you can see the large speech bubble at the bottom of the website, it means we have an advisor ready to start a conversation with you.
