Repairs and alterations
If you rent your home from us, you can find information on our repairs service, Gas Safety checks, and looking after your home:
We have taken the difficult decision that we will currently operate an emergency repairs service only. We would like to apologise to our residents as we know that waiting longer for routine repairs isn’t ideal. The decision has been made because many of our staff have been affected by Covid-19 and therefore aren’t able to work as normal. A lot of our staff have had to self-isolate, have tested positive for the virus or are required to shield. Our subcontractors that support us are also affected in the same way.
This means that we will undertake emergency repairs but will no longer book in any new routine repairs until further notice.
