Who should check and update the information?

The main tenant and a joint tenant or partner should complete Your Profile Form.

What does Together Housing do with this information?

We use your information to help manage your tenancy, provide you with services and advice, and respond to your enquiries. We may share some of this data, such as your name, address and contact details with contractors and other agencies in order to deliver services to you, for example to carry our repairs to your home.

Does Together Housing share my personal information?

We will not share details such as your ethnicity, faith, gender and sexuality with other organisations unless we have a valid legal reason to do so. If you do not wish to give us this information, you can choose the “prefer not to say” option.
