Local Panels

We have four Local Panels made up of tenants, residents, and independent members, who look at our performance. This is the way to get involved if you want to help improve the quality of services such as repairs, environmental services and customer services.
Local Panels help make sure that the Corporate Plan and Strategies are delivered at a local level.

Independent Scrutiny

Resident scrutiny is more than just another engagement activity. It is a way of giving residents greater influence, the ability to assess the impact of business decisions, and to examine the performance of their landlord. It enables staff and residents to work in partnership to achieve better performance, improved services for residents and helps influence Together Housing policy changes which impact the whole Group not just local teams.

Read latest survey feedback

Here are updates on the latest surveys and feedback exercises that have been carried out by the Resident Engagement Team.

We are supporting a resident-led initiative called TRIO (The Responsibility Is Ours) which was set up by a resident after the Grenfell Tower fire tragedy. It aims to help residents, Together Housing staff and the fire service to work together to raise awareness of fire safety and how it is everyone’s responsibility. To help with this work, we have resident membership on our staff Fire Safety Group.

If you would like to find out more about our fire safety work please contact the Resident Engagement Team directly, or contact us and ask to speak with a member of the Resident Engagement Team.

Openness and honesty

We publish important information in a clear and honest way, so you can scrutinise how we work. It helps us to improve how we do things but also means you can be confident we’re running our business the right way.
