We want our tenants and residents to enjoy where they live, so it is vital that they have the trust and confidence to report incidents of Anti Social Behaviour, crime and nuisance as soon as possible.
We recognise how difficult it can be for people to come forward and take a stand, therefore support is available to protect complainants, victims and witnesses.
Our staff will maintain regular contact with all complaints and ensure that they are kept updated with regard to their case. Individually tailored action plans will help us to identify what can and can’t be done and set appropriate timescales for agreed actions.
We are aware that a high number of vulnerable people live in our communities therefore we have a responsibility to work with other agencies to help to keep them safe from harm.
