Tenant’s vehicles can only be parked in their garden providing they have a properly constructed hardstand and a dropped kerb to the highway.
Otherwise, all vehicles must be parked on the road or a designated parking area.
It is part of your tenancy agreement that any vehicle parked on a hardstand must be roadworthy, taxed and insured - If it is not, we may remove it.
To construct a hardstand you must first obtain permission from us, you can find more information here.
You must also apply to the council for the kerb to be dropped to give access across your hardstand.
