Parking & Garage Spaces

Parking

Parking LogoTenant’s vehicles can only be parked in their garden providing they have a properly constructed hardstand and a dropped kerb to the highway.

Otherwise, all vehicles must be parked on the road or a designated parking area.

It is part of your tenancy agreement that any vehicle parked on a hardstand must be roadworthy, taxed and insured - If it is not, we may remove it.

To construct a hardstand you must first obtain permission from your landlord, you can contact us here.

You must also apply to the council for the kerb to be dropped to give access across your hardstand.

Garages

GarageYou can apply to rent a garage from us.

If there's a waiting list in the area you want, the next available garage usually goes to whoever has been waiting the longest - although it may go to someone who needs it more urgently; eg because they are disabled.

Before you apply for a garage, make sure you accept the rules in the tenancy agreement - you can't use a garage for a trade or business for example.

And remember you don't have to be a tenant to rent a garage from us.  Contact us for more information and latest availability.
