We listen to residents’ views, experiences and ideas about our services in many ways. It’s our job to listen to what residents are telling us and to work with managers to use this feedback to develop our services. Only by listening to our residents can we develop together.
The twice-yearly survey of residents’ satisfaction; text feedback on repairs and other services; regular online surveys; face-to-face meetings with residents; complaints and compliments are just some of the ways we find out what residents think about how we are doing and how we can improve.
We have many ways for you to have your say and make a difference in your community. There are activities to suit everyone, depending on how and when you want to get involved.
Have a look at the different ways to get involved, you’ll see that residents are influencing our services and contributing to real changes.
