Resident Engagement and Scrutiny is about how tenants and residents can influence and improve how we deliver our services

It’s about listening to our customers to help us understand which services are working well, where we can improve – and how!

We can’t assume that all of our tenants and residents want to get involved, but for those who do, we offer the opportunity to have your say. We try to make sure that there is something for everyone, and we offer a range of ways for you to have your say to suit your own personal circumstances and how much time you have.

By getting involved you can make a real difference. You can:

  • Change the way we work and directly influence key decisions regarding the services you receive.
  • Gain new skills and increase your confidence by working together in a group with other residents.
  • Improve the area and community where you live, and across the group.
