Your balance and transactions

You can check your account with us anytime via our secure online service, Your Account.

Once you've registered and signed in to Your Account, you'll be able to view, filter, print and download a breakdown of charges and payments.

If you are struggling to meet your payment responsibilities, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We work with partners including Citizen's Advice to provide impartial budgeting advice. We can also work with you to agree a payment plan if you are having difficulties.

If your account is in credit, you may be able to apply for a refund from us via Your Account. If you receive Housing Benefit, we recommend keeping a month's credit on your account to help with the transition to Universal Credit payments.
