Rent Free Weeks

Rent free weeks may have been offered as part of your tenancy agreement if you joined us before April 2017. You will pay the same annually as tenants who do not receive rent free weeks, but pay a higher amount each week, allowing them to benefit from rent free weeks. We no longer offer rent free weeks to new tenants.

There is a credit on your account

If your account is in credit, you may be able to apply for a refund from us via Your Account.

If you receive Housing Benefit, we recommend keeping a month's credit on your account to help with the transition to Universal Credit payments.

You can request a new Payment Card via Your Account.
