If you feel like you want to die and don’t feel like you can keep yourself safe right now, it is important that you speak to someone immediately

You do not have to struggle with your feelings alone, there is support available.

Seek immediate help:

  • Go to any hospital A&E Department (also known as emergency department)
  • Call 999 and ask for an ambulance if you cannot get to A&E

If you need some support right now, but don’t want to go to A&E her are some other ways for you to seek help:

Contact the Samaritans on freephone 116 123, they are open 24 hours and are there to listen

  • Contact your GP for an emergency appointment or the out of hours team
  • Call NHS 111
  • Contact your local crisis service
