Betty Taylor, a resident from Chesterfield, has won £100 in Love2Shop vouchers after filling out one of our surveys.
The survey asked residents for their opinion on our Supporting Vulnerable Customers Strategy. This strategy aims to strengthen our current support for customers who are at risk of experiencing loss, harm, or a disadvantage. The survey received 410 responses.
- 39% said that they agree with the objectives and goals of the strategy.
- Residents also suggested how the strategy could be improved by using clearer wording to make it easier to understand.
Everyone who filled out the survey was automatically entered into a prize draw for £100 in Love2Shop vouchers. Resident Betty Taylor won the prize draw.
Betty said, “This is the first survey I have ever taken part in. When I found out I had won the prize draw I was over the moon! It was really great to win. I am looking forward to lockdown restrictions easing so I can go out with my daughter Linda and decide what to spend them on.”
