Dream homes on display in Foulridge

Potential home-buyers in Foulridge will get to see what their dream home could look like at an open day in the village next month.

Together Housing, who are building 20 three and four bed properties at the site in Warehouse Lane, said that the many options they offer buyers mean housing in the sought-after village is now more affordable than ever.  They will present their plans and outline the sales opportunities at The Village Hall on 12th October between 5pm until 6.30pm.

Frances Clarke, Head of Sales and Letting at Together Housing Group, said they expected the new homes to be popular: “The site has a mix of properties, some of which can be purchased outright or through shared-ownership, meaning many more people can afford to live in this desirable area.

“Anyone coming to the meeting can see what the houses will look like, find out about the sales options and ask our experts any questions they may have.”

She added that the development was part of the work Together Housing Group is doing right across the North of England to help address the housing crisis and make housing accessible for a broad range of people.

The properties are expected to be complete by the end of 2018 and applications are being taken now.  The meeting takes place at the Village Hall, Parkinson Street, Foulridge, Colne, BB8 7PS.  Anyone unable to attend can also email sales@togetherhousing.co.uk.
