Annual Report Survey

In March and April 2020 we asked for your views about the annual report Together Housing publishes. We’d like to thank everyone who took part in the survey – we had 314 responses.

Together Housing is required by the Regulator of Social Housing to create an annual report for residents that shows how the organisation is performing so it’s really useful to know what you think we could do to improve on last year’s report.

We want the annual report to be as useful and relevant to you as possible. Based on your feedback, we will be working to make the next annual report shorter and include more information about what it means for you.

Below you can see a summary of the survey results:

  • 39% of respondents read some of last year’s annual report, 32% didn’t read it, and 29% read all of it
  • 30% of respondents said they didn’t read last year’s report because they didn’t know we published an annual report, and 29% said it was because the report was too long
  • The most common improvement suggested to last year’s annual report was to provide more information about what it means for residents, followed by including more real tenant stories and examples, and making it shorter

We have now drawn the winner of the prize draw. The winner of the £25 Love to Shop vouchers is Katarzyna Aleksiejczuk from Halifax. Well done and thank you to everyone who took part.
