Leeds resident was presented with £100 in Love2Shop vouchers after completing our survey.

Resident Delighted With Voucher Win

In December we carried out a survey asking you what information from Together Housing you were most interested in. We want to be open, honest and transparent with our residents so we are proposing to make more information available. We’re always aiming to deliver you the stories that you want to read, keeping our news relevant to our residents.

Reaching out to our Virtual Voice panel, a group of customers who have agreed to take part in our surveys, we asked them to take the survey about what updates they would like to see from us. It’s really useful for us to see what information you would be interested in so that we can focus our updates and make sure they are relevant and interesting.

The main feedback we received is that residents are most interested in information that relates directly to them and their home, such as updates about safety and repairs. We are currently working through the feedback which will be used to shape the information we publish in the future.

As a thank you for completing the survey we entered everyone who responded into a prize draw with the chance to win a first prize of £100 in Love2Shop vouchers.

We’re pleased to announce the lucky winner was Mrs Inga Salih who was presented with her vouchers earlier this week by Daniel Klemm Head of Policy and Communications.

Talking to Mrs Salih about how she was planning on spending her winnings, she explained she had plans to redecorate her home.

“We’d love to decorate our room, but as soon as I mentioned the vouchers to my 9-year-old, she started getting her own ideas what we should buy with them. I’m sure if we don’t decorate straight away, my daughter will find ways to spend the winnings.”

We’d like to say a big congratulations to Mrs Salih and a big thank you to everyone who took the time to fill out our survey.
