Which housing association do you work with and at which office? – Together Housing at ReUse.

How did you get your apprenticeship? – I Sent in my CV and was lucky enough to get an interview. The rest is history!

What are your normal working hours? – Normal office hours.

What does your day to day work involve?  -  I deal with customers either in person or over the phone or via e-mail. I also deal with invoices.

Are you working towards a qualification? – I am working towards my level 2 Business  Admin.

What do you enjoy about your work? – I love interacting with customers.

What’s the most challenging part of your work? – Our finance system, it can be challenging but I’m still learning.

How does working life compare with school/college life? – I have learned more at work than I ever did at school. I have gained more confidence in myself and my work since becoming an apprentice.

What are you learning from your apprenticeship? – I am learning more about my IT skills and how to gain more confidence in myself.

What do you think your next step will be after your apprenticeship? – Continuing my development within the group and ultimately gaining full-time employment.

What are your future career goals? – To get my qualifications, secure a full time job within the group and then climb the ladder to become chief executive!
