It’s important that we ask residents for their feedback on a wide range of issues. This helps us to improve our services.
Residents have said that we don’t always report back on what we’re doing in response to all the information we’ve gathered. In these ‘You said, We Did’ updates we outline how we have acted on residents’ opinions and experiences.
This update covers our new library of ‘how to’ videos that explain how to access our online services, how we’re making our policies easier to read and how we have supported residents who may have been affected by the new EU Settlement Scheme. We have also started to promote a new noise app that will help residents record any noise problems, as well as a new video explaining how we respond to reports of anti-social behaviour.
