If you have read our previous update you will be aware that we are currently operating an emergency repairs service only. This means that we will undertake emergency repairs but will no longer book in any new routine repairs.

If you have an existing appointment scheduled for work in your home, we plan to honour it and will let you know if anything changes. We will also continue to carry out essential gas/electrical safety checks as well as fire safety improvements. This work is vital to keep you and your neighbours safe.

We know that waiting longer for routine repairs isn’t ideal and we are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. The decision has been made because many of our staff have been affected by Covid-19 and therefore aren’t able to work as normal.

The following video features our Plumbing Technician, Ron Privett and our Planner, Alexandra Whitehead to provide you with a little more information on why we have made these temporary changes.

  • Telephone – 0300 555 5560 – lines are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  From 5pm and at weekends an emergency service is available on the same number.
