Here is some important information about your Live Chat session

You can use Live Chat to have an online conversation with a member of our Customer Service Team. We are normally available between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).Outside of these times you will be directed to our Get In Touch page to leave us a message. A member of the Customer Service Team will respond when they are next available.

During your live chat session, you may be asked to provide some basic information such as your name, email address, phone number and what your question is about. Please do not share any additional personal information. We will temporarily store a cookie on your device to allow us to reply to your chat messages. The cookies that hold the content of your conversation will be deleted if you close your browser at the end of the conversation.
