If you have any questions about your tenancy, you should be able to find the answer that you are looking for in the Residents’ Toolkit 24 hours a day. Watch this short video to find out more.

The Residents’ Toolkit provides information on managing your tenancy, including how to register to use My Account on the website or by downloading the app.

You’ll also find tons of useful information such as tenancy documents, tenancy changes, what to expect from your home and moving in. But don’t take our word for it. Nana-Essi, a resident in West Yorkshire, was impressed with the information she found:
