The benefits system is complicated and can be difficult to understand. Many residents don’t know what they are entitled to and could be missing out.

Our Tenancy Sustainability Advisors provide support for residents who have got behind with their rent payments. We can advise on ways to get back on track, including support with managing money, dealing with debts to energy suppliers and claiming grants for white goods such as fridges and washing machines. We can also help residents to use their online Universal Credit Journal.

All our Advisors can refer residents to specialist organisations who offer help with mental health issues, addictions and other health, personal and family problems.
