In September 2020 we asked previous applicants for housing for their views on our ‘Homes for All’ policy. This policy looks at how we let our homes and the ways in which they are allocated.
We sent this survey to people who had recently applied for a home with us to find out their opinion of the process and our current policy. We received a fantastic response with 244 surveys completed!
67.21% of respondents said our ‘Homes for All’ Policy was “very clear” with 90.95% of respondents stating that the Policy is “fair and reasonable.” We also received suggestions of how the updated policy could be changed based on respondents’ experiences. You can read the full results here.
There were also prizes up for grabs through a prize draw, with first place winning £100 in Love2Shop vouchers and two runners up winning £50 in Love2Shop vouchers.
Janet from Keighley wanted to have her voice heard and was surprised to find out she was a prize draw runner up too! Janet, who won £50 in Love2Shop vouchers, said: “I don’t normally bother with surveys but decided to give it a shot. I thought I would be a little voice amongst other little voices that might make a big difference (that’s what surveys are for, right?). There was also a prize to be had and as it was Together Housing, I knew it was genuine.
“I didn’t think I would win but pressed send anyway, then immediately forgot about it. Until today, yippee! I received an email from them to say I was a runner up winning £50 in ‘Love to shop’ vouchers!”
