Responsible Online Behaviour

Responsible Online Behaviour

Being online gives you a voice and lets you speak out.  It gives you access to information, entertainment and media that your grandparents would not have dreamt of.  However, with this comes a responsibility to think about what you access, what you say and how you say it. These resources may help. They are not maintained or produced by Together Housing, so it is up to you to use your judgment in putting them into practice:

Government guidance on responsible online behaviour (aimed at those in the Armed Forces but useful for everyone)

Useful guidance from Kidscape, aimed at children but important for everyone

Resources from Barclays Bank on online identity & finance

Resources for Digital Age around E-Safety & Finance

If you have concerns about someone's behaviour towards children or young people online or are concerned about your own online behaviour, you can seek confidential help here.
