Gardening Competition 2021 – The Results

As autumn begins to approach it’s time to celebrate all the hard work residents have done in their gardens over the summer months.

This year we had over 60 entries and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to enter.

Our Garden Competition has 4 categories. Each category has 1 winner and 2 runner ups. There is also 1 overall Gardener of the Year winner.

This year our Gardener of the Year is Jacqui Kipling who also won the General Gardens category.

“Through a difficult year it’s great to see the time, effort and money that our residents have put into their gardens. This is an outstanding garden and looks like a sanctuary for the residents who live there.”
Our judges talking about the Gardener of the Year

“Our garden has definitely kept us going. Having this when we couldn’t go out has been a bit of a paradise really… I love gardening. I have always really liked gardening. You just do what you can really with what you’ve got.”
