Please be aware, we are currently experiencing significant delays to our repair service due to some of our technicians and sub-contractors having to self-isolate.

If you’ve already made a repair appointment, it’s possible that we may contact you to rearrange. However, if you don’t hear from us, then a technician will visit as planned.

If you contact us to make a new appointment, there might be a longer than usual waiting time until a technician can visit to do the repair.

We will continue to do emergency repairs within 24 hours. An emergency repair is where there is an immediate risk to life and/or a danger to property that requires making safe urgently, such as a burst water pipe or serious electrical fault.

We will also continue to do essential gas and electricity safety checks. We are still legally required to do gas safety checks and electric tests. If your home is due one of these vital checks, we will contact you in advance to book an appointment.  Please allow access for us to complete these checks, we want to keep you safe in your home and comply with our legal duties.

In response to coronavirus, we have introduced new safety measures for our staff to follow when visiting you in your home. These measures are designed to protect our staff and residents through good hygiene, social distancing, wearing face coverings and limiting touch points. To help explain these measures, we have a short video that we recommend you watch before a home visit.
