Protecting our residents and staff

The safety of our residents and staff is our top priority at this difficult time. In general, we will try to respond to your requests by phone or email, rather than meeting with you face-to-face to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.

We are doing everything we can to keep our residents and staff safe. We have developed guidelines for colleagues to ensure that we can carry out any work safely.

This means that we will contact you before an appointment and ask whether you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you are shielding. We can always rearrange any appointment, so please let us know. We will ask again before entering your home to carry out any work.

We are putting extra measures in place to keep you safe when we visit you in your home and work in your neighbourhood.  All staff members entering all residents’ homes will wear a face covering.  You may also see our staff wearing face coverings in your local neighbourhood. 

We will follow social distancing guidelines and practice good hygiene.

We ask that you also observe social distancing rules and stay at least two metres away from Together staff.
