We are here to help and support you if you are struggling to pay your rent. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are suffering from financial hardship and are struggling to pay your rent as a direct result of the Coronavirus outbreak.

Will you evict a resident due to rent arrears caused by the Coronavirus outbreak?

No, to reassure you, we will not evict any resident at this time due to rent arrears.

The Coronavirus outbreak is affecting me financially and I can’t pay my rent. What should I do?

If you are affected financially directly by the Coronavirus, please contact us as soon as possible. We will listen to you and try to help and support.

I usually pay my rent at a local shop but I’m staying at home because of the Coronavirus. Is there another way I can pay?

Yes, we have lots of ways to pay including telephone and online payments, so you don’t need to leave your home. Click here for ways to pay your rent.

I am having to claim benefits because I’ve lost my income due to the Coronavirus. Can you help me with my claim?

Yes, we have friendly expert benefits advisors here who can help you to claim
benefits, including Universal Credit.

Due payments in relation to Shared Owners, Leaseholders and Freeholders

Where possible please continue to make payments. Where this is not possible, be assured we will not be pursuing any legal action for arrears during this time. The charges will remain payable and we will come to arrangements for repayments when the situation returns to normal and in line with Government advice. Any concerns regarding your mortgage payments must be discussed with your lender.
