Protecting our residents and staff

The safety of our residents and staff is our top priority at this difficult time. In general, we will try to respond to your requests by phone or email, rather than meeting with you face-to-face to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.

If we do need to enter your home, we will ask if you or a member of your household is self-isolating or is unwell.

Our staff will follow the Government’s advice on social distancing. They will stay a minimum of 2 metres away from you and other people in your home at all times.

We may ask you to open windows to ensure good ventilation, and for repair tasks we will ask you to go into a different room while completing the work.

If we are made aware that anyone in your household has symptoms, we will politely ask that they also remain in a separate room.

Don’t be offended if our staff wash their hands regularly and use hand sanitiser. Our staff may also use personal protective gloves, wipes and clean up products.
