Parts of Together Housing’s operating area has today moved to Tier 4 restrictions in an effort to contain Covid-19. Together Housing had already planned for this eventuality and it will not affect how we deliver our Covid-secure services. To find out how this affects your day-to-day activities, please contact your local council.
The changes, however, have resulted in many more enquiries to our contact center. Therefore, before calling please do the following:
- If you are expecting a repair, it should still take place as planned unless we contact you to tell you it has changed. We are managing an increasing demand and repair staff availability, but we continue to offer our repairs services as normal. Please do not call to check whether a booked repair will take place.
- If you are calling to find out about our Covid-19 response, details can be found on our website here.
- If you are calling for any other matter, please use our online triage service to see whether you can complete your request online instead. This will save you and us time and resources.
If you have any other queries, are dealing with an emergency, or need to speak to us for any other reason, please call as normal. We will get to your call as soon as we can.
