We have produced a plan for the next 5 years. This sets out our aims and priorities. It also shows how we will measure if we have succeeded in achieving our goals.
Following the pandemic, our overall aim is to help our residents, communities, business and staff to recover as quickly as possible.
We also aim to help build strong communities. We want our neighbourhoods to be places where people want to live, work and thrive.
Watch this short video for a summary of our plan for the next 5 years.
Delivering High Performance
“Together Housing needs to keep listening to its residents. By listening, it can provide high quality services that really benefit its residents without wasting money.”
Justin and Gwen, residents in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
Residents play a vital role in helping us to develop our services. In our plan, we’re committed to listening and responding to what residents tell us.
Creating Great Places to Live
“It’s important for us to be in a nice area with a good community. We enjoy living in a place where we can walk and play and feel happy and safe.”
Teana and her daughter, residents in Todmorden, West Yorkshire.
We aim to offer good quality homes in places where people want to live. In our plan, we’re committed to improving our residents’ quality of life.
Having a Social Impact
“For us, it’s about the future. It’s good Together Housing helps residents into training and jobs. And it should do all it can to reduce its impact on the environment.”
Matt and Claire with their children, residents in Barnoldswick, Lancashire.
It’s not only about providing homes. In our plan, we’re committed to increasing training and employment opportunities for our residents and reducing our carbon emissions.
