Here’s how we’ve done

In order to continually learn and improve our service delivery to tenants, it’s important that we listen to their feedback. We receive comments every single day via text from tenants who’ve spoken to our Customer Service Centre, had a repair done or a gas service. We also conduct a major Customer Survey every 6 months to look at wider issues. You can see some of the results below.
