Together Housing Group celebrates our 1st birthday on April 2 having made huge strides towards delivering on its promises and with ambitious plans for the future.

We’re already well on our way to making the £5million savings we promised to achieve by year five and are reinvesting that money for the benefit of our tenants and communities.

The Together Housing Group is a leading provider of quality affordable and modern homes for rent across the North of England.

The Group was formed following the coming together of three well established housing groups;

Trans-Pennine Housing:- Pennine Housing 2000 in Calderdale and Sheffield & Green Vale Homes in Pennine Lancashire
Chevin Housing:- Chevin Housing Association, Harewood Housing Society, and Synergy Housing Solutions operating in the Yorkshire and Humber regions
Prospect Homes:- Twin Valley Homes & Housing Pendle, both in Pennine Lancashire.

Spread across the North of England, the group combines decades of skill and experience who between them will manage over 35,000 homes affecting over 50,000 people’s lives and employing over 1,250 staff.

Each partner company will retain its local identity for local communities. But backed up by the shared skills and expertise of the Together Housing Group we aim to give better services and value to our customers, and achieve our mission of Making a Better Future Together.
